Regular price $139.99The Zamp Solar 30-amp charge controller can regulate up to 510 watts and is compatible with Lithium, Gel, AGM, Conventional lead-acid (wet) batteries, and LTO.
Protects and Regulates
All our charge controllers use pulse width modulation (PWM) and five stages of charging to regulate the flow the electricity to your battery. This protects your battery from overcharging, expands your battery’s lifespan, and keeps your panel safe from back flow electrical currents, among many other protections and benefits.
Monitors and Indicates
Its large digital display lets you monitor battery voltage, charging current, charging capacity (amps per hour), battery types, full charge, and system faults. Colored LEDs indicate operational status and battery conditions.
Flexible and Customizable
Our 30-amp charge controller is weather resistant and can be surface-mounted on your wall, or flush-mounted inside the wall. It is compatible with our battery temperature cable and with our remote LCD display that lets you keep tabs on your power from wherever it's most convenient for you.

About a year ago, I installed a Zamp solar kit (KIT1005), which included a 170 Watt panel and a ZS 30A solar charge controller. I am completely happy with these products. The panel was readily mounted to the roof of my 2021 Aliner Ranger 12 camper, and, since the trailer was pre-wired for Zamp solar panels, it was both easy and straightforward to wire in the solar charger.
For the past year, and over about 10,000 miles of driving and camping, in weather ranging from delightful to dangerous, the panel and the charger have worked flawlessly. And because I have the charge controller mounted in an easy-to-see location, I can check the state of charging and the state of charge easily and at any time.
My only question at this point is when I want to install an expansion kit, which I am sure will connect very easily to the current installation. I simply have to decide what size panel I want to add, and, since I intend to add a second LiFePO4 battery, whether I should upgrade to a two-battery charge controller. In any event, the products I use will be made by Zamp Solar.
Great products. Many thanks!
